1987 Fender Dreadnought Acoustic
This is one of the first guitars I owned and I bought it new in '87 and have kept it ever since. In fact, it was stolen out of my car once and later returned anonymously!

It's good dreadnought...Japanese 80's Fenders rarely suck. SOlid spruce top, rosewood back, sides, fretboard.

I've got it strung "Nashville Tuning", which means it's strung standard tuning but the low "E" through "G" strings are a lighter gauge and tuned an octave higher...essentially it's the higher-octave side of a 12-string guitar tuning! It's great for doubling 6-string parts in the studio and getting that 12-string effect minus the strange flanger effect that often comes with it.
